Hello to you all,

I have a question about countries and the dates plus time etc. of their moment of getting in existance by a piece of paper.
(Ik ben op zoek naar de oprichtingsaktes van landen met oprichtingsdatum - tijd - en plaats)
If anyone has this I would be very greatfull.

I see it is in Englisch, but questions asked in my native language is much easier.
But I will try to do the most in Englisch.
